Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Every item is shipped using USPS Priority Mail which is expected to arrive within 1-3 days or USPS Priority Express Mail expected in 1-2 days or overnight.

We currently only ship within the United States but hope to offer international shipping soon.

If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email info@soulproject.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

All workshop purchases are non refundable but they are transferable to another date or friend. If you need to make changes to your workshop order please email kimberly@ladyfolkstudio.com immediately to resolve.

All original art, prints and frames are non returnable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us.
